I’m very disappointed with the service from the Rupert Brown Agency. The representative, Tamara, does not follow up or reply to texts or emails. It’s been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for a response to my initial inquiry. This level of communication is unacceptable and has left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. This isn’t just slow service, it’s no service at all. If you value communication and professionalism, look elsewhere.
